GRIFFIS GROUP is a privately owned real estate firm that provides fund management services, asset management, and investment opportunities.  Director Ian Griffis has been investing in apartments since 1985.

Since the 1980s, Griffis has been involved in the acquisition of, and investment in, approximately 5,508 apartment units, and 825,000 square feet of commercial, retail, hotel, industrial, and mixed-use buildings.

The total value of Griffis investment purchases and sales exceeds $645 million.  Approximately 65% of investments have been fully realized.

The Group curently conducts its real estate activity through a family of private equity real estate funds structured around the investment needs of its investor partners.
